What do I do if an item doesn't fit?
Any
goods you ask us to consider exchanging must be unused, in a saleable
condition in their original packaging with all labels etc still
attached.
Once we receive the goods and completed returns form we
will either exchange or refund you, by the method you used to pay for
your order. This may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared
funds.

What do I do if an item is faulty when it's delivered?
Just
complete our returns procedure before sending us back the goods,
stating what the fault is. Once we receive the goods and completed
returns form and if we are unable to exchange the goods we may refund
you, by the method used to pay for the order (this may take up to 10
working days to appear as cleared funds) for the goods and postage.

What do I do if an item fails once it's been used?
All
goods supplied by Pegasus Racing Pty Ltd are from official sources and
should be covered by a manufacturers warranty. If an item has failed
prematurely please follow our returns procedure, giving us details of
the product and fault. Certain products need to be returned to our
suppliers, for inspection and possible repair, before a credit can be
issued.
Depending on the manufactures warranty and the type of fault, we may put you in contact with the manufacturer direct.
What happens if Pegasus Racing Pty Ltd are out of stock of the replacement item?
If
we usually stock a product but it is temporarily unavailable, and you
order it, we will send it to you as soon as we receive stock of the
item.
Returning goods on which duty has been paid
If
you have paid import duty for goods received, and subsequently return
the goods to us, it may be possible for you to claim a refund of duties
from your local Customs Authority.
Should you have any queries on duties payable/refundable, please contact your local Customs Authority.

How to Order from Pegasus Racing
In fact, it's so easy that we don't think you'll need any instructions but here they are, just in case
- Find an item you like
- Scroll down the page until you see "add this item to your basket"
- Choose the colour/size, if applicable
- Click the "add to basket" button
- Wherever you are on Pegasus Racing, you can add items to your basket in the same way
- You can check the contents of your basket and the total cost at any time by clicking on the "View basket" link at the top right of the page
- Post and packing costs will be shown in your basket for your selected shipping destination
- You can remove items from your basket or alter the quantity required at any time
- Click the "checkout now" button when you finish shopping
- Fill in all the order details on the secure form
- Confirm your order details to complete your order
Limited stock or end of line products
Limited stock or end of line products are allocated to active orders first. A finance order doesn't become active until the finance company receives your completed application form through the post. This delay means that you may lose out. To ensure you keep your place in the queue, you should submit an order paid by credit or debit card.
Dispatch Times
Pegasus Racing Pty Ltd is constantly updated to keep pace with changes in our stock but demand is high and we occasionally run out of popular items. If we have run out of stock and can't dispatch your order the next working day, we'll email you with a revised dispatch date. You can then either accept the revised delivery date or cancel the order, as you wish.
This means that these goods will normally be dispatched within 2-7 working days of ordering. If dispatch is going to be longer than 7 working days, we'll contact you with a revised date, which you can either, accept or cancel the order, as you wish.
Notes:
If you want something in a hurry, choose an item that's normally dispatched in 24 hours
If your order contains a mixture of items and you have chosen Priority Delivery, all those in stock will be dispatched straight away, the others will follow later. If you have chosen our Free Delivery Option, the order will be dispatched once all the items are ready.
You only pay one carriage charge per order, even if it is dispatched in multiple deliveries
What happens if you only have part of my order in stock?
For Priority Delivery, we'll dispatch the items we do have in stock by the next working day, at the latest. We'll email you with a revised dispatch date for the other items. If you choose our Free Delivery Option, we'll wait up to a week for all the items to arrive, then send your order out.
As with all shops, on or offline, occasionally we run out of stock, in this case you will see 5-7 working days. This means that your product will normally be dispatched within 5-7 working days of ordering unless a due date is advertised on the site. If dispatch is going to be longer than 7 working days, we'll contact you with a revised date, which you can either, accept or cancel the order, as you wish.
GST
Unless you change your destination address all Pegasus Racing Pty Ltd prices include GST at the Australian rate of 10% where applicable. Customers in other countries may have to pay GST depending on location. Customers outside of Australia do not pay any GST.
