About Fly V australia Pro Cycling Team
Fly V australia Professional Cycling Team, is owned and operated by Pegasus Racing Pty Ltd and is an international team, predominately made up of Australia’s most talented cyclists supported by a leadership group of experienced riders and management. Among the 15 riders on the UCI continental squad are 10 Australians, two South Africans and one rider each from Canada, Italy and the United States giving us an Australian flavour but an international representation.
We have the current Australian Criterium Champion, ten riders who have represented their country at Commonwealth Games, Olympics and World Championships level. We also have three former national champions on the road and track and one current and one former track World Record holders and champions.
2009 saw Fly V australia Pro Cycling Team debut in style with a total of 94 race wins across Australia and the USA. Our primary objectives for the season is to improve on the success of 2009 by becoming the leading professional team in North America and Australia and to build a platform for elevation to Professional Continental status in 2011.
